How to Enable

  1. Contact your account manager to activate SMS for your account
  2. Choose your text message templates (we provide defaults or you can customize)
  3. Set trigger conditions (after every call, after hours only, specific practice areas, etc.)
  4. Test with a few calls before full rollout

Pricing

Text messaging is included at no additional cost for Growth and Enterprise plans. Starter plan clients can add SMS for $50/month with 500 messages included.

Compliance note: All SMS messages include opt-out language ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe") as required by carrier regulations. ClaireAI handles opt-out management automatically.
